RevCAD Journal of Geodesy and Cadastre

Aims & Scope

RevCAD - Journal of Geodesy and Cadastre is an international journal dedicated to the study of scientific issues in the field of geodesy, cadastre, and related interdisciplinary sciences. It features articles on theoretical or modeling studies, as well as experimental results and their interpretations. In addition to original research articles, the journal publishes articles on topics in related fields resulting from interdisciplinary scientific symposia.

The journal covers the entire range of geodetic science, cadastre, and land management and presents theoretical and applied studies in research areas such as:

-        geomatics;

-        geodetic networks;

-        cartography and modeling;

-        space geodesy;

-        photogrammetry and remote sensing;

-        geodynamics;

-        cadastre, land use changes, land consolidation;

-        geographic information systems;

-        architecture, urban and regional development.

The objective of RevCAD is to publish high-quality scientific articles, evaluated by the journal"s scientific board, which have not been previously published but are scientific/research-based, involve technological development, or have practical applications. We particularly encourage papers:

-        of broad scientific interest;

-        on innovative applications;

-        of an interdisciplinary nature;

-        on topics not covered in other related journals;

-        on topics related to possible new scientific/professional directions.

Preferably, theoretical papers should include applications, and papers dealing with systems and applications should include the theoretical context.
